does anyone think a 7mgte from a mkiii supra will fit in a 86 corrolla? im building a 7mgte in my garage but the supra body is torn up and ugly anyways. if it could work i ll do it. i could buy a old corola from my friend cheap. imagine that. i know some of you guys have 86's what do you think?\

I think it'll fit with enough effort just remember to overtorque that head....

yeah i know what you mean about the heads, i know of 4 mkiii 's with blown head gaskets, including mine, it would be great if i could get by without cutting the frame.

7mgte will fit. I know because these local guys around here have two 86's both with 7mgte's in it. One is doing 11s with upgraded turbo and basic bolt ons and the other one is still in the works.

It fits, fits in a hachiroku too! Good motor with a crappy head gasket. My old Supra is the only one I know that didn't blow one.

That's why usually mk3 supra owners usually make a metal headgasket their first mod. :D
