I learned on another forum today that although the MA (maintenance) section of the FSM for the 2010 sedan says under "Periodic Maintenance" that the ATF is "maintenance free", in the TM (transaxle/transmission) section there's a procedure for changing it labeled "Periodic Maintenance". Someone also posted that Nissan "suggests" 100K interval, but I have not found that in the FSM yet.

Yeah. You can not change the auto trannys fluid. The fluid is designed to last the transmission.

Yes, I think that's also what SteveTheTech has said, but seriously, there's a procedure starting on p.258 of the TM section of the 2010 sedan FSM for changing it, and it's labeled "Periodic Maintenance". Have a look. Here's how it starts:

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
A/T FLUID
Changing INFOID:0000000005623959
CAUTION:
• Use only Genuine NISSAN Matic S ATF. Never mix with other ATF.
• Using ATF other than Genuine NISSAN Matic S ATF will cause deterioration in driveability and A/T
durability, and may damage the A/T, which is not covered by the INFINITI new vehicle limited warranty.
• When filling ATF, be careful not to scatter heat generating parts such as exhaust.
