Hi All,

I looked around for a thread but can't find one. My 79 Datsun king cab dies at normal temp idle. Runs OK when warming up or running a higher speeds while in gear. But, once it does warm up to normal temp and I come to complete stop it will die. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.

My first thought would be something causing vapor lock in the fuel system, but it could also be something wrong in the carb once the choke opens up. Any sort of other details would be nice. How long after it is warmed up does this happen? Does is fire back up immediately after it stalls? Things like this.

Thanks PEZi

I took off the carburator cover and did some 'dusting'. That seeed to do the trick.
