I have a 79 5speed on my 280Z. Do I just buy this replacing clutch kit? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories

Is there a differ between a 2 seater and 2+2? Is the flywheel diameter larger on the 2+2? What about for the turbo motor? I just want to make sure before I buy the wrong thing. Thanks guys

the 2+2 and turbo use the larger clutch disk and flywheel surface, if you have the stock 2 seat flywheel from a 70-83 then you get the smaller 225mm clutch, if you run the flywheel from a 2+2 or turbo 79-83 then you need the larger 240mm clutch, if you wanted to upgrade to a stronger clutch an easy thing to so is simply run flywheel and clutch from a 2+2 or turbo model, they have a much higher holding capacity

cool, I didn't know you can just do that. Since the L28 motor and transmission are pretty much the same on 280z to 280zx can I use the energy transmission bushing for 78 280z on 79 280ZX? Do you know where I can find an aftermarket transmission mount on top of your head? I'm just being overly paranoid for no reason.
