75a fusable link blew...?

92 240sx hatchfresh s13 blacktop swap

Got the car running today, everything worked fine. Went to lowe's to pick up some random things, got back to find that my gauges no longer working along with several other things. Well, first place to look is that stupid fusable link and sure enough, it's toast. I picked up the shell a few weeks ago...someone did a black interior swap and a five speed swap...but I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with it. Any suggestions? Btw, I tested continuity to ground at the acc wires going I to the positive battery terminal (those two fat white wires) and had 1.1 mOhm resistance.

Can someone check to see if they have continuity between ground and the terminal the alt? Ka or sr doesn't matter.
