Hey, bought a set of 6x Nismo 740cc Injectors from Z1 motorsports. Anyone know if their legit Nismo injectors?
Each injector came in a sealed plastic bag, no "nismo box" or flowchart. They also seem very bright red compared to some pictures on the web.

Any way to check them?

Nismo injectors are just re-branded JECS who make about 50% of ALL injectors in the world, there is no such thing as "REAL" NISMO, they are either real JECS or not.

I'm fairly positive that Tomei is manufactured by JECS.

Batteries and other similar automotive/industrial supplies are this way, generally there are very few (often one or two only) actual manufacturers of the simple products and the vendors do the rest (packaging, usage range) to suit varying needs. Batteries are all the same basically, the difference being the quality of the build internally which is difficult to completely control, and testing the performance of the battery determines it's packaging. Details from those tests determine the cranking amps, battery life expectancy, etc. Of course the manufacturers make different sizes and such for all varying needs, but with the same basic idea that the quality of the final product sets the tier in which it is sold by a vendor such as Sears (DieHard), Duralast, etc.
In this case these JECS injectors probably have better ratings in certain areas (flow, consistency) and which fits the spec that Nismo/etc. is looking for, or possibly even custom ordered, and while they MAY have small differences outwardly such as color shade it's the performance of the injector that sets its spec, and final product/sales destination.
