Ok, I just picked up this 1984 Nissan 720 4x4 King Cab Long Bed. Seems to be a fun little truck, it is really going to be enjoyed as my workhorse. Anyway my transfer switch knob is worn because its 28 years old, anyone know of a diagram or can explain the positions for 4hi, 4lo, 2hi, etc. I've searched the forums with no luck. Thank you!

Perfect! I was guessing that's what it was because I found a page after googling for awhile that described that pattern for the Hardbodies. Thanks so much!

I'm going to show my ignorance with this question, are the hubs auto locking? Looks like I have to get out and do it manually. Not a big deal though.

depends on your truck but if it has a knob/switch then they are manual but if its flat on the end then they are autos
