Does anyone know where I may be able to get a decently priced transmission? I have a 1986 4x4, 720 series pick up. Also, more important is can anymore tell me what other model Nissan's may fit with my truck? It has a 2.4 model engine. I'm not sure if it is a 12" inch or a 16" bell housing. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.

I have a spare trans in the shed, not really looking to part with it though. Parts are getting hard to come by, though I have seen some on eBay occasionally (that's where my spare came from years ago). I am confident other Nissan trans would work, but I don't know enough to know exactly which ones. Z transmissions don't physically look the same, that I know. Perhaps an early D21 5 speed would work? I'd actually be surprised if it wouldn't bolt right up, though the gearing my be different.
