the wheels you pointed out are sometimes called powerslots, the originals were made fome magnesium (hence the nicname "mags") anyhow origionally they only came in 14" and maybe 15" diameters, american racing has brought the style back in full posiched aluminum, and I think they have then in a 16 but I think they only offered the 4x4.5 in a 15" IIRC

and to clarify, all 70-82 Z wheels are interchangable, any of the wheels from those years will fit any of the cars form those years

and understand all 70-78 came with steel wheels from the factory, all alloy wheels were aftermarket and many times sold through the dealer

if you want large diameter wheels your choices are few unless you run adapters or do a 5 lug conversion, MSA sells 15 and 16" panasports, konig rewinds are a cheap option, sportmax has some low buck options, centerline makes several 17" wheels for the z

What are you talking about, They are on the Same frame and have almost the same dimensions.

once again, check the spec sheet that has been posted here several timesand all over the internet.

the 280z has a length of 173.2in with a 90.7in wheel basethe 280zx has is 174in long and 91.3in wide.only .8 in longer and .6 in wider

and if you are thinking "what about the 2+2s"guess what the 280z is longer with 185.4in and wider with 102.6inthe 280zx 2+2 is only 181.9in and 99.2in.

So in other words stop spouting misconseptions about 280zx.

there si more to design than deminsions, the S130 does see a lot longer and the hood seems higher up, I have no idea if it is I never tried measuring them, but I think anything smaller than 17x11's looks small for comparative purposes,14x7's

they are CCW's, 17x11 fronts 17x12 rears, get the sawzall ready to make them fit also requires coilover conversion to tuck them in far enough to run the correct zero offset, and open your wallethttp://www.ccwheel.com/files/home.php they'll make them whatever size, offset and bolt sircle you like, and honestly compared to a lot of the off the shelf wheels people buy for 350z's the price is about in line

Kodiak and Real I believe are a bit cheaper, Jongbloed and Monocoque are options as well. But CCW has made a few of these to fit datsuns and has great customer service
