7 cylinder misfire - code P0307

Guys, I reviewed the service manual and cannot find where it identifies which cylinder is number 7.
Can anyone help me out?

Found a diagram in the FSM on page EC-95.

Cylinder 7 looks to be the rearmost cylinder on the left (driver's) side.

Let us know what you find.
