Wasup everyone ..im new here and i have a 2003 Nissan Maxima with a automatic transmission ...i will like to do a 6 speed manual transmission swap ... i wonder if its possible and what would i need ? i have done a little research and i wonder if i will run into any problems and if its worth doing , this swap ... im working in my engine and and i knoe ..the automatic tranny is not gonna help ......thanks

personally, i feel that doing a swap like that is just a bunch of unnessicary work. i think youd be better off to sell the max you have, and buy one with a manual transmission in it already. it would eliminate any problems you would have with the ecu and tons of labor.
