6mt hard bucking

My 6mt 3.5 coupe bucks like crazy on lower gears, mainly 1st and 2nd. The "bucking" is a hard back and forth motion and it's ONLY present when I let off the gas at around 5-10 mph in either 1st or 2nd gear. I recently replaced the strut torque mount as it was shot, I thought it was that but didn't change a thing. I got a check engine light a few weeks back, had autozone pull the codes and resulted in a "very small evap leak" but the check engine light went away a week after that. I'm going to check the maf sensor and spark plugs next, just wanted to see if any of you have had the same problem. Driving in heavy traffic is a pain as the car feels like i'm riding a mechanical bull and makes me look like I can't drive a 6 speed smh

I got the car a few months back with about 87k. Didn't think much of it as it only occurs during parking lot speeds. I got caught in a big traffic jam last week and only then I realized that it's pretty bad. Not the way I drive as I have driven many mts before this car. I've kept us with maintenance and going to nissan for a trans fluid change shortly.
