Want to know if the 6MT in the versa is the same as the one in the sentra spec-V. Or were is it found in other Nissan's...

It will not be the same transmission as the spec-V. That 6-speed is actually from the Altima (since those two cars share the QR25).

The V's 6-speed was new (to the US market) for 2007. The only car that can possibly share the same transmission (and I can't even confirm this part is true) is the 2007+ 2.0L Sentra (since both are MR series engines).

You might want to ask in the Altima forum if the manuals are the same between their 4 and 6 cylinder models, I do not know the answer to that.

No factory LSD for the Versa. The Australian media mentioned the Tiida(Versa) is related to the Renault Megane and implied they share a number of components. If this is true then I belive Quaife has a LSD that fits.

The 6MT for the 2.0 Sentra is different then the Versa's. But a few things the 2.0 Sentra and the Versa have in common are cylinder head, cylinder block, camshafts (both intake and exhaust), Flywheel (MT), Clutch Disc, and Clutch Cover. Just to name a few. Hope this helps.

so does that mean when the sentra gets lightweight flywheels, etc etc (assuming the V doesn't get them anytime soon) we can swap in parts from the 2.0 6MT?

According to Nissan the part #'s for the clutch and flywheel are the same.. so I do not know for sure but after market clutch and flywheels should fit.

An MR20, an ECU, and custom wiring more than likely
