I was checking out ebay for a new grill for the alitma and I came across this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

If it seems to good to be true, it probably is...

Has anyone else out there seen this or purchased this?

I am very skeptical

Thanks for the input

-Mike

I am not planning on getting it....

I just can't believe that so many people out there did buy it from their site on ebay...

It amazes me how gullible people can be...

I got it, and now I'm putting down 300HP at the wheels! My gas mileage went up to 35 street, 45 highway... and just with this chip, I smoked a 2007 Shelby Mustang Saleen the other day!

Even though the claims are complete BS, you have to wonder what it WOULD do if you got one....

My guess, something would go wrong with your cars computer... I just can't imagine a universal chip to fit all computers in all cars!

it does nothing. I bought one of these back the day for my saturn. I was 16 and retarded. It was only a resistor and it had me unplug a wiring harness and shove the resistor in 2 slots. Its weird to explain. But its all a hokes i guarantee you.

Most of those cheap ebay "chips"lol, are just a resistor that fools your MAF sensor of the car into a lean condition...usually lean means better milage more power but not good for the engine!

lean condition would mean better gas mileage but definatly not more power. A more rich condition would conduce more power. Besides when you run lean there is a chance of detenation.

hi guys, some one said if I got 6 of these chips, the 2.5 Altima Coupe could be faster than the GT-R.

Why the hell would anyone pay for a GT-R then!?!?

That car's a joke once I've installed these chips!!

I got something similar to this when I had my old chevy. it obiously was bogus and didnt work. All it was is this little thing that had two wires coming out of each side, then you bent each wire and put it into the mass airflow sensor. Didnt do anything at all.
