Hey, Hey, Matzara21,

Welcome Aboard. So you have a 410 Bluebird with the E-1, wow :dblthumb: . That's my next Datsun!

What exactly do you need? The complete distributor or just parts?

Also I might have a more permanent solution over the Hitachi if you are up some trial and error. I promise, no modification.

I know we would all love to see some pics.

cheers,

I need the entire distributor. I'll post some pictures in a bit. What else you got? Thanks

Matzaraji21,

Okay, in that case you might be interested in this from eBay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-cyl-HS25D4-El ... 2d&vxp=mtr

or either one of these distributors from Victoria British -

As I say this is a more permanent and modern day solution over the Hitachi D-406 with a ready supply of parts. The MGA distributor should work and if you are interested let me know. I need to run down to VB and pick up some brushes for my generator. I'll pull a distributor and take it with me, take pics, and get the spec to see if it works while I'm there.

If its a direct match on the overall specs I'm going to get the Lucas style distributor with electronic ignition and give it a try. If spec are good and it doesn't work, I have an outlet to off load this with an English car nut, so I'm not out any money.

Let me know and I'll run this to ground, might be a day or two but I'll have you an answer this weekend.
