Complete restoration here at my shop.  The 63 NL320 used to have a Ford 5.0HO, now it is being shoehorn'd with a 460 big block....that is all I have to say about that!!!

RAD!

Are you getting a set of Disc's from Paul's Fab for it or you doing your own?

I am building a new frame from 1/4" steel.  It will be a 460 with an automatic.  Also the truck body is getting a full comb over.  Installing custom cadillac tailights in back also.  Front grille is becoming a rat rod billet piece hand made. Just for record, this is the only big block NL320 with cadillac lights.  Much more to come.

That kit is pretty expensive.  If you wanted to have disc brakes on the 320 adapt the front suspension from a later 620 truck in the front.  Also for the rear, you can use mid 80's Toyota 2x4 truck rear ends and they have disc brakes.  Will bolt up to the 320 all the way up into the 620 truck.  Even the brake line junction will bolt up :)

I have the 320 truck and the frame ready to go.  I have to lift the NL320 off the frame and lay it on the new frame to mock up the body mounts.

This weekend I am clearing out some cars from the shop.  I have my 64 Datsun WPL410 (E1 1200cc motor) wagon being sold Saturday $600, my 70 Datsun 521 is going for $2600 same day.  I have a few cars still, the 63 Datsun NL320 project, 74 Datsun 620 with race L20B polished motor, 86 Nissan 720 back yard hauler truck (Z24 carb 5 speed), and the 92 Geo Metro commuter car (55mpg!!!) Oh, I cant forget the 1970 DJ-5A Postal Jeep (right hand drive, runs good).

New vehicles that are possibly coming is a 25' 1970 Chevy Box-Van and a 74 620 project truck. I will update as those are happening after this weekend of deals go through.

I still have quite a bit of 320 parts left and Ken has some here too :)

I have the ol' NL320 frame out and covered, so if anyone wants a complete rolling frame that is near prefect condition, drove tight, let me know.  It does have a rear end from a 85 Mustang, which is a 8.8 Posi.  It has welder perches and bolted right up to the stock leafs in correct position, about 2 inches wider on each side than stock 320.

For the new frame, it was a donor 77 F350 made from 1/4" that I stripped and relocated.  Its all welded back together and the body is sitting on blocks on top, ready for body mounts.

This is the only one I have of the NL320 in the current condition as we speak.  Attached is the pic.

As you can see, it looks lifted as hell.  But I have the body sitting on cinder blocks which are then ontop of the frame.

Weather has been decent, so I started alittle bit more on the NL320.  I attached a pic of it blocked on top of the prepped frame.  I'm deciding on how low to go with the body, chop and channel or raised monster truck style.... maybe somewhere in between?
