I sure hope you can because I'm not looking forward to manually going back into the old page and pulling every picture out

If we know of specific threads like this one it makes it simple. It still is alot of work, but we are working together to make it happen.

I got as many as I could..

Outstanding - thanks a bunch for reposting the pics.

I just dropped her off at the museum late yesterday afternoon.

hehe

I tried to insert an image and obviously I need to go back and read up on how to do it.

I think the engine was painted - I see the blue on the cover under some of the scrapes.

Nice work! I'm getting curious about this orange paint that looks like house paint or something that so many of these trucks were discovered under. I know that mine has this color on it but it was obviously a cheap repaint job and under it is the original red both inside and out. Mine has the engine changed to a J-13 from the original E-1. I did find an old E-1 with a broken crank in it and I now have found a good crank. Mine had the original NIKKI carburetor and it worked but had lots of air leaks. I now have a second NIKKI carburetor that is fully assembled but have not done anything with it. I don't know it a guy could have something like that rebuilt or not. At this point I'm not doing much with the truck, it runs but I haven't used it in a few years. I also have two other parts trucks, one L320 and one NL320. They are in a friends barn about forty miles away from my home. Thanks for the nice pictures. good luck! Monga

Thanks for the kind words folks.

I'll be making a trip to the museum soon to install the newly painted 60 HP emblems. I also got some rubber pieces to install between my turn signal frames and fender. I am currently using an old mouse pad that I cut up.

YollowZ, Have you found any sources for the wing-window rubber? Mine are about dry-rotted out of existence. Beauty truck, BTW

No I have not, sorry. I hear that someone has used the rubber for a ford/mazda mini truck. My buddy has an old mazda truck and it looks like you might be able to use it if you were good at a little modding.

BTW, thanks for the compliment

Hi folks, I got lost for a while. Thanks again for the compliments.

If you have any questions, just post them up. I'll try checking in more often.

It was the Datsun Heritage Museum in Murietta, CA. The Museum has since closed (for a while).
