Anything. I believe they saw expired tags on the car, so they went to town on it.

That is all.

Dont worry about open diff, its not embarassing. One of the people that comes to the meet has an mr2 with 17in rims in the back and 14s in the front now thats embaressing.

ill be out there tonight but please keep the revving and speeding in the parking lot and surrounding streets to a minimum, i attended a meet thats held on weds nights in the exact same location as this meet and cops showed up letting everyone know that they are no longer welcome there because the property manager has recieved too many complaints about ppl that attend these meets speeding around the parking lots and surrounding streets

I remember that. Jack walked over and told the guy never to do that again. It was hilarious.

But its always the lame people that follow our meet around.

Hey Brian, you ever been to this meet? Man, I just read the previous page and the thing with the undercover cops is hilarious. I wish I were there when it happened. I don't think anyone's car is as stock as mine.

I can't believe they searched people's cars. I would have told them to f' off, especially if that's on a private parking lot. They can't search your car without a warrant.

Oh, trust me I don't. It's just that I probably have the stockest car out of everyone here.

Searching stock cars ftl!!

I don't think it matters even if it's public. 4th amendment rights state that they must have probably cause to search your car. Searching a completely stock car would most likely be considered harassment in court. I personally wouldn't take the time to file a complaint or anything, but just saying what's possible.

Oh yea, litter your car with what seems like used tissue and I'm sure they will leave it alone. <--that's from experience (had really bad allergies, couldn't help it).

they have the right to search ur car if they have probable (sp?) cause, seeing as how its a business parking lot and we're all basically loitering, then that is probable (sp?) cause to interrogate and or search ur vehicle seeing as how ur not there to attend any of the surrounding businesses...which im though most go to iCafe...errr...Orchid Thai Cuisine now i guess

but i have seen a few ppl with 240s rev and speed around the streets, and 2 weeks ago when that guy in that 240Z did a huge burnout and was sitting there with his hood popped revving the **** out of it after kdashy and others went to Life Plaza

Boo authority abuse!!

One thing is wierd though. When I got pulled over in puente hills mall for not completely stopping at the stop sign, the cop who pulled me over gave me a hint and said something I couldn't completely hear. However, I do know that he said something about if I had driven through the parking instead of through the main roads outside of the parking lot, he couldn't have pulled me over. Not entirely sure, but *shrug*.

I've found most cops to be pretty cool if you show you are a respsonbile adult. They hate ricers just as much as we do here so, acting mature during a situation like the one mentioned on the previous page would help out quite a bit.

Of course cops are humans and as such there are some who are just complete asses.

Anyhow, how's life in the dorms? Any update on the supposed "hotter group of freshmen chicks this year" living at the dorms?
