60K warrenty and audio system

i went to the dealer today cuz my 6 cd changer got stuck and won't play cds. i bought my car used with 40,000 miles and i have 43,000 miles on it now i know it comes with a 60,000 mile warrenty and they said that because the car is used that warrenty is gone is that true and if not do they fix the stock audio system or if any of u have the unit that plays MP3 cds for sale let me know how much u want or where i could find and dash kit or a diffrent place other then ebay or the dealer where i could find the MP3 unit thanks.

Warranty is fully transferable until 4 years [from date of 1st retail sale] or 60,000miles................... plus 6/70k drive train warranty.

Did you ever find out what was wrong with your cd changer. I'm getting an "ERROR F0" when I try switch to the CD player. Does anyone know how to rinitialize the system?
