Just hit 60k and thinking about my options for the maintenance..

Is it worth it to upgrade to a UR Pulley during the maintenance? heard its about 15-18hp gain in an NA

I'd say do it! Seems like it's the best bang for your buck mod and since you'll be in there anyways, why not replace it, right? :)

transmission flush(auto mostly), radiator flush, new plugs, new serp. belt, oil change.
