60240sx buying

hey im thinking about buying a '91 240sx. the car is local so itd be easy for me. the guy wants $600. the car has front end damage (need 2 fix: hood, bumper and reinforcement, headlights) he says that the fan is pushed back by the radiator or sumthin like that. it has a SALVAGED title. do u guys think that its a deal or just a waste of $$$$???? and how much do u think it would be to fix it? need rply quick plzzz!!!

I believe if it has a salvaged title it cant be reregistered in the same state. I'd say move on.
