Looks good, but as I posted on the video, you've got some on-boost surge there that's VERY bad. From your video I said,
Agree'd. It was the first thing I noticed. That's REALLY hard on the turbo. If you have an electronic boost controller, you need to turn the gain down a little so the boost ramps up a little more slowly. If you're just on a wastegate spring, your turbine housing is too small and you need to bump it up a size.
Long story short, the turbo is spinning too fast, too soon.

Also, what intake manifold is that?

I'll share you with you my part in this. By the way, "G" love the video, absolutely adore the car and it's cleanliness, and definitely thanks for the "shot-out".

Let's start with the cylinder head = JUN cams, valve springs, standard retainers, etc. I did the port and polish as well as modified the head so that the camshafts will not be interfered with by the head. The valve job was done by REV valves and those aftermarket pieces with titanium involved (I believe). If he wants to share with you the specs of his camshafts he can. I bleieve they are a 272*, but I forgot the lift, so he can fill in the blanks if he choses to.

Bottom end = (Re-Used) CP standard 83mm pistons and fresh CP rings, New Crower Rods, new main and rod bearings, crank was meticulously polished by me, honing done by me, rotational assembly balanced professionally, but assembled by me. This is a continuation of an engine that was built years ago when he just wanted 400whp and that was easy. The kid is hungry and want more and now he knows that this stuff costs and the cheap way to the promise land usually yields failures. He hasn't cheaped-out, but he's aware of what happens when you do. You got to spend to win/achieve, so plan accordingly.

Tuning was not done by me on this particular set-up, but congratulations to the shop that tuned it and I'm glad "Overboosted180" is achieving his objectives. Keep on boostin' it "G" :dblthumb:

Thanks float! The turbo comes on HARD and spins tires all through 4th gear. The car is tuned with boost by speed programmed through the ecu.

The intake manifold was made by PNT in Thailand

So you are passing the 1000 hp mark with a stock gearbox?
Nice ;)
Why did you choose the 6766 over the 6466?

Thanks! and there's no big reason on the 67 over the 64, just wanted to try a slightly larger compressor wheel to gain the power that I am aiming for. so far it's doing the job seeing that this is the first dyno session this car has seen with this freshly new set-up...i will use the stock ca18 transmission until it it's maxed and cannot hold anymore...The car drives like a dream coming from a 1.8l and I have seen several big powered sr's and ka's but this engine IS just a step under the RB. My boy Nigel at Premiere builds 1000whp RB's all day but when he saw the potential and similarities in it, he instantly became a believer in it and is willing to help me make unbelievable power with this motor, along with the support of the ultimate CA18 builder himself, Dee aka boost_boy!

I can honestly say this on his behalf, the car is very beautiful in person. He brought it to my house a couple of weeks ago and it was just a treat to see it. I hope he post photos of the amount of work and dollars he's thrown into that car. It is extremely clean and listening to him drive it hard from a distance will make any CA enthusiast proud to be an owner of such a power plant.

P.S. for our cheap brethren, gotta to spend to win. No exceptions :dblthumb:
