When someone buys a motorset or complete engine swap it includes an ECU and wiring... The amount of parts included are near complete but I can't get around the glaring lack of ECU... Maybe i'm reading to far into the "complete engine swap"...

Yes. There was some compressor surge. The engine has since retuned and made a little more hp with less boost. The ecu including injectors, sensors and (2) tuned maps can be sold separately, as stated on ebay as my wiring harness was fabricated for my application with custom relay sections and custom fuel pump setups.

I don't see an issue with throwing in an intercooler IF needed also.
