6 psi?

is 6 psi of boost the normal amount of boost on a t28?i figured since the sr t25 is 7 then the t28 should easily be there....actuator stuck open?

Mines at 6psi stock as well! I need a boost controller to get it higher. The T28 really seems to come alive around 12+ psi . Hope this helps.

Yup, that's the stock wastegate setting. You can either change the wastegate actuator, or put a boost controller on it. I'd do the boost controller.

6 psi huh?is it safe to run 12 psi on an internally stock ca?what boost controllers do u guys runwe made a manual one here but it reads as a vacuum leak so its boggy once u get the boost up... it looks like ones off ebay lol

I'm not sure about 12 psi w/a T28. If it's a stock ECU you may hit boost cut before you get that high. If not, then turn it up and just keep an eye on your AFR's.

nah i want 10 only and stayin there until i get the t3/t4 on there. but what can i use to turn up the boost?the thing i was using was boucing between boost at 7-8 psimy ecu is pretty far from stock lolall limits/cuts removed and rom/wideband tuned with afc....woot.
