My 2000 I30t skipped a beat the other night in the rain, and flashed the "Service Engine Soon" light. I do regular dealership service since I bought it new 12-22-1999. In fact, only Brewbaker Infiniti has touched the car since new, other than me putting a new battery in, and my personal brake job and new tires from my friendly tire experts.

I called Derrick, and had an appointment this morning. He said it should be covered under warranty, or he will get Infiniti to fix it for free.

When I went back this afternoon, they had replaced all 6 coil packs, because the ECS did not differentiate which one threw the code, so they cahnged them all. FOR FREE! $409.72 in parts and service.

He didn't even know the Christmas card I gave him had an Outback gift certificate.

He told me when I picked up the car, to birng Layla by to get a free Consult reading. I had been talking about a fuel injector leak code I saw, and he offered FREE service on my 240,000 12-year-old car! He said the Consult might be able to determine which injector threw the code.

I am telling you Brewbaker Infiniti in Montgomery, Alabama is the best! Derrick Terrell goes way above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

That's awesome. As someone who works in a dealership service department, I can tell you loyal customers will always get the best treatment.

Infiniti service seems great. Another reason my next car will be an Infiniti. My co-worker has a '00 I30t as well. 6 months after buying the car (used), he hit a bump and broke some belts in one of the RE92's. The dealer sold him a new tire for 1/2 their cost, mounted it, washed the car, changed the oil, and performed a full checkout on the car while it was there (at no additional cost).

To me, that is phenominal service as is yours. Just wish Nissan would do the same thing. The local Nissan shop, where I have personally purchased 2 cars and my family has purchased a couple more, wouldn't cover hardly anything under the 3/36k warranty and wouldn't even let me test-drive their demo 350z. I now drive 30 minutes out of my way for service.

Yeah this kind of thing is why I will buy nothing but Infiniti. My car is 11 years old and I still get offered a loaner every time I'm in for service.
