Six months ago , I was in a horrible accident that totaled my 2006 M35 with most of the tech options. The car literally saved my life with its advanced safety designed crumple zones and although there was nothing left of my front end, all the doors opened and closed as if by magic. So when rethinking what to replace it with I felt a sense of obligation to honor the designers of this wonderful car by getting a newer version of the M35 a 2008 with just 20,000 miles. Its low miles qualified me to get the Infiniti Elite extended warranty covering the car till August of 2017.
I love the design upgrades, its roomier, a bigger trunk and the dash styling was subtly more elegant on top of everything. The list of tech upgrades I have in my version rivals some of the ultra luxury cars I have seen. I am just making the post to offer kudos to all of the people here that have all seen what we have in common, especially good taste in fine value in a car that offers what many find in European models but in a more reliable package. The adaptable cruise control is an amazing feature that actually makes cruise control a nice idea. I happened to buy an EX35 the week before and decided that I had to get my MM35 back even at a loss of several thousand dollars with double taxes and a bit of a loss on the EX that was just not roomy enough.
I love my M35 and consider the extra tech packages a mandatory enhancement. So , I feel I put my money where my mouth is in extolling the virtues of this car by paying extra to get it back. I saw the new listing for my Slate Blue/graphite interior at 3:oo am in the morning, fully loaded and very difficult to find, believe me, and wrote an e:mail to the dealership to advise them that the car was mine and I would contact them the next day to arrange terms and I asked them to take it easy on me on my trade in of the surely visible. As it turns out the 1/2 hide of upholstery grade graphite leather I purchased to protect the back seat works wonderfully under the special dog hammock that I got to transport my just rescued Greyhound retired racer. A couple of fun facts, there is no car that can beat a greyhound to 45 miles an hour, not a Bugatti, or lamborghini in fact as the greyhound is the second fastest land animal, second only to a cheetah. The greyhound reaches full speed in 3 strides which equates to 66 feet per second and since they are probably the oldest dog breed in the world, history goes back 8,000 years, I was at a loss to not see this amazingly loving animal at the Westminster dog show.
If anyone here is looking for the ultimate pal, loving and sensitive beyond words, check out some of the Greyhound rescue agencies that devote themselves to the betterment of this much abused animal. They keep them in hard kennels, muzzled 24/7 with substandard diets and my dog was fortunate enough to be much faster than average, raced in 78 races which kept him alive till I could find him. They are the ultimate pack animal, seeking human companionship above that of other dogs,
I hope this wasn't terribly boring, but I find myself fortunate to be a member of this forum and the new guardian of this dog that quite often walks around my home with his little face pressed against my leg just wanting to know what's expected of him, quite amazing. They have no body fat and we have strewn soft beds in numerous locations because they don't sit on hard objects like most dogs and are absolute couch potatoes. My wife and I take turns putting his blanket over him at night to keep him warm and that's about all I have to say on this subject, I've just been in a very grateful mood lately,
bye ya all.

The oldest (probably in history) going back 8,000 years, my dog is the calmest pack member I've seen, my wife, owns a dog salon, says he is amazing, their eyes are like deep pools of gentle scrutiny. Imagine a group of greyhounds running down a cheetah , hitting 45 mph in less than two seconds, 3 strides and gone, I had to go
out and get a special (deluxe with headlights , light markers all around, back lit tiller gauges for everything, and goes around 13-14 mhp with a 25 mile range,24 volt 80ah battery,

above is the link for the brochure, I can't thank the heavens above , enough , for bringing this beautiful creature into my life. I lifted massive amounts of lumber in my misguide youth and because I was stronger than everyone else, I ruined my body and need a mobility scooter to get around outside, I just retired and my reclusive nature was getting the best of me till my new pal ( racing name was See You Later) and he was the secretariat of Florida Greyhounds winning many races in the 500-700 meter range by 100 feet. He was too fast to put down (kill) and he made it through 78 races.
Once upon a time , the only people that could own this animal were kings, Egyptian royalty, and finally the wealthy from Europe, until people saw they could make a buck from abusing these regal animals. My dogs lineage commenced in 1813 in England and is the most sensitive animal I've ever seen. He picks up on every subtle bit of my expressions and words to the point where, a month into the deal we are real pals and I would implore anyone considering getting a new dog to look into their closest greyhound rescue group
