6 lug to 5 or 4 lug possible?

ive seen those bolt on spacers that let you go from 6 lug to 5 lug... i dont even feel 5 lug is needed on this truck...

is it possible to swap out hubs from another nissan to make the 720 4 lug? or even 5 lug, if thats too tall of an order.

sure why not? Is your truck 2wd or 4wd?

I think the only problem stems from the front drive wheels and their free spinning hubs, which need to be locked before using 4wd.(i think)

If you are 2wd then I am pretty sure you can get some 5 lug swap for a 240 and it could work. (not 100% sure tho, but nissan really likes using same or very similar parts across the models) //some Mazda parts also seem to fit right in nissans

my truck is 2wd.

what would i do about the rears though? could i swap out the drums for disc brakes..? and possibly just use 240 parts?

I am hoping you can use either 240sx or some bigger brakes like z32 brakes front and rear, 5 lug swap, and wheels that can clear the brakes nicely.

I know these are older threads, but I figured I would share the info anyway.

You can run toyota 5 lug hubs in the front, along with a toyota rear axle and obtain 5x114.3 lug pattern.

All it takes is a simple machining of the stock spindle.

1. Take your spindles to a reputable machine shop. Not Lickmy Tool & die.2. have them machine 1/4" off the spindle shaft collar. As the diagram shows.Bringing this diagram with you will be very helpfull for the shop.

Whip it out. I'll organize it into a crazy thread. I am working off a Chilton Manual and ratsun(whatever I can find helpful to 720s). I read a bit of infamous nissan but mini trucking isn't necessarily my style. I read some of nissanoffroad, but info is here and there. I am hoping in the future Nissans will take up more of my time and I can start seeing what other brand parts work with it.

Yes, toyota had a truck with 5 lug and rear disks.

I also think there was a pathfinder with rear disks, although the axle would be wider than a stock 720 axle. And of course it would be 6 lug.

So why do you recommend for rear disk and the 5 lug adapter

Can I get sites cause I've found some but insure it they would fit
