Hello to all,

I have a 08 altima sedan with 2500 miles with the navigation and the upgraded bose stereo with the 6 disk cd changer.

i just noticed today that the cd indicator lights (the lights right below numbers 1-6) on the cd changer are dead. They should be green and red (red for the cd that is currently playing and green to indicate a cd is in the changer)

is there a fuse associated with this, or do i have to take it to the dealer?

has any one out there experienced this problem?

any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.

thanks!

If your stereo is still working and only the light is not lit, then it's not a fuse issue and you will need the dealer to replace the stereo unit.

my stereo still works....

i also noticed that when i listen to my FM radio, that stations that i have been able to get before, i am not able to get now...

my satellite radio is still working however...

this is very frustrating... i have had this car for 3 months and i have had a new clutch because the pedal would stick to the floor, a new seatbelt retractor because the seatbelt squeaked... now this....when i call the dealer they know me by first name....

i almost feel like i should have kept my 1998 mercury sable because it had 200,000 miles on it and never once i had to take it in besides routine maintenance
