Hey Guy's nice site im currently looking at purchasing a 91 240SX SE 5-spdit's a nice car overall and when i went to test drive it i noticed the seat didnt move back very far and i pretty much had to lay the seatback down! to get decent leg room is there relocation brackets i can buy because if i get the car i will probably put different seats in the car anyway (seat covers are torn) or is this something im gonna have to make myself! Id rather buy the tracks instead of breaking out the welder and spend 3 or more hours making them myself!Oh and my leg gets caught between the P-brake handle and steering wheel with it in the fully up position! lol (Damn long legs!) Thanks and i can't wait to get my 240!

You will have ot make your own brackets.. there are none that are pre-made.. or get custom seats made.. and then make brackets for those.

My buddy who's 6'9" has owned and raced several AE86. The key for him was to find one without a sunroof and the lowest mounting race seat with custom brackets. Just some ideas for you.

I hear ya buddy. Im 6'4 and i had trouble in my s13 and with my s14 now. The s14 is a little easier(better seats) but i need to make custom sliders or something to push the seat back further.

On a side note, i took the driver's seat out and sat in the back seat and tried to push the clutch in. Im just a little too short, but you could always try that...

Hey thanks for the info guys by the way this car has a sunroof but do factory sunroof cars just pop up? or slide back into the roof? because this 240 just pops up kinda looked aftermarket to me but factory at the same time? Thanks again

Thats a factory sunroof. I thought I had it bad being 6'2. I also hate the aftermarket drift button on the ebrake digging into the side of my leg.

hey there, stretch.

I would suggest you buy an s14, im sure they have more room than an s13. Well at least the ones ive seen here do.

I'm 6'4" and not sknny at all. Some suggestions would be: --S14 seats sit about 2 inches taller when in an S13 (but hold you better) --there have been ppl who have shortened the OEM brackets--best thing for me so far is 320mm steering wheel with spacer, a lot more leg space

I'm sure there are other things to do.
