Will this deal still be going in October? I won't have the funds until mid Oct. Also are they just for 5 lugs? I'm also looking for a 4x114.3 set myself.

Yep... and the GN+ aren't available in 4x114.3, however the FN01R-C's are available up to a 17x8 in 4x114.3

I don't have a picture at this time but I can tell you that compared to the OEM wheels they will stick out about 1.3 - 1.5" further depending on which OEM wheel you have (S13 / S14).

as long as it doesnt pass the edge of the fender, then we're good....i'm still debating between the +25 and the +35 offsets for the front wheels.

To make your choice easier... +25 is only available in 5-lug, and +35 only available in 4-lug.

Not to mess things up but on this site http://www.wheelmax.com/Wheels/5zigen/5zigen.html they have the Pro Racer GN+ in a 4x113 pattern will you guys be getting them also, b/c iam really intrested if so ... let me know whats up thanks
