Hey guys I have 17 7.5 sized 5 zigen Copse hyper black rims and since discount tire scratched them during installation they are replacing them. I dont know what to get that looks badass and is in the same price range and not 2000 for some TE37's.

The new ProRacer GN+ rims look really sweet but they wont make any 4x4.5 bolt pattern any time soon... The 5zigen rep reccomended Heidfeld Mesh bronze. The problem is those 17" version wheels are 7.0 wide. I have 215/45/17 size tires, will this make a difference? Do you guys think bronze Heidfeld Mesh wheels will look good on a kouki s14 with black body and a gold/bronze pin stripe and gold nissan badges (came stock)?

What other brands/styles look good? Please help! Thanks! Yes I am also performing searches but this question is quite situation specific.

215's would better on the 7's than the 7.5's to me.

hows about you post apic so we can make a decision? general rule is that mesh looks better (but still crappy imo) on s13's. not on s14's.

everyone has thier own taste... Ipersonally kinda like mesh on S14's. It all depends on the wheel entirely...

post pictures of your car and wheels that you want... that would make it easier to judge it on the car...

Found from a search on NICO with FN01R Bronze not bad but as you can see its been done:

Bronze....Guys in my opinion, I think the mesh looks cool.

Here is a little toy i have with them:

Discount Tire went ahead and ordered them, they were instock! I still am interested in opinions.

Also I will have the car lowered when my Ksport Coilovers come in from a group buy on midatlantic240sx. I hope they are legit and thats why it was delayed. They were supposed to be in last week. I will get the RUCA's before I put the coils in since as you guys can tell I will need a 2" drop.

those are not mesh wheels

these are mesh:and they don't belong on S14's. only 86's imo.

NOT MESH

NOT MESH

I don't see how this is a mesh wheel. it has obvious spokes, but whatever, if 5chicken calls them mesh, so be it.

NOT MESH

This is a mesh wheel, where ironically, the spokes "mesh" together.

how many times have you seen 17" mesh? this is a very rare exception. plus he has spacers on them too. Most mesh is 14,15, maaaaaaaaaaaybe 16".

you are right on that!

that is ultra rare to have a 17" mesh wheels..

IN fact, these are the only set i have seen in 17"..

I however have seen many 16" mesh that would look good on S14's...but then again... it's all about what you like personally.

Yes you are right, and I have chosen. I was just wondering what everyone thinks, some rims arent meant for the 240, but I hope these turn out great. The current rims look ok but I dont really like the fat spokes anymore. I will post pictures when I get them mounted and lowered. Thanks for the replies.
