Found a set of used fn01rc rims with a +35 offset for a good price and was thinking about getting them. But i was looking to get the same ones just in the +15 offset. What offset would have a better flush fitment? This is for a s13 hatch and soon to have coilovers?

17x9+35 won't fit up front with coilovers unless you use spacers.

Go with 17x9+15. Or you can get fancy and stagger with 17x10+25 (or+12). You'll need 5 lug for the 17x10, though.

17x9 +15

generally speaking.... let's try to stay away from any offset higher than +15, lol

Just to clarify my earlier comment, I think this fitment would be pretty dope & allow for really meaty tires on s13's:

17x9+15 245/40/1717x10+25 275/40/17

Hotness.
