so when i did my auto to transmission swap, i was following the write up but i never connected the 5th speed sensor to the ecu and the neutral sensor. what is their main purpose?i just cut the wire to make it thinkits in neutral and i am running the auto ecu and i still have the auto transmission box thats under the driver dash.but my speedo reads about twice as fast, could this be because my 5th speeed sensor is not connected to teh ecu from the transmission?

You shouldn't have done anything. The auto ECU doesn't read a 5th gear so no limiter.

oh ok, ill take those wires out than since i ran them to the inside of the car. do u know why my speedo would be reading twice as fast? i thought this would happen if u put a S13 transmission in a 14 or the other way around, but the guy told me it was out of a S14 cause the transmission was SUPER clean (he just assumed it was from a 14)

I don't know why the speedo reads like that. I thought it wouldn't read at all if you cut the wire to the sensor.
