My buddy has an 02' and we were wondering if the 01' black housing tail lights are a direct replacement for the 02'. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I'm 99% sure they'll work. Unless Nissan did something dumb and changed more than just the color (which I doubt they did considering the unnecessary R&D costs that'd mean), there's no reason they wouldn't.
