i noticed today when i was driving, going form 4th gear to 5th gear the shifter seems a little looser than normal(easy to shift from 4 to 5 gear). all the other gears feels ok, no noise comming from the transmission, fluid level is ok. i will check the shifter bushing tomorrow. has anyone had this porblem with their sr20det transmission? i have a stock shifter.

hehe looser than normal? that's funny. i know in fifth gear it moves around a lot more on its own. oh i wish i had a B&M shifter . . .

EDIT: okay, so not a lot more, but usually when i'm cruising in fifth at 50mph, the crap stock engine mounts and transmission mount and failing driveshaft support bearing all conspire to make the shifter seem to move in the cabin.
