I was just wondering which plug in the side of the transmission on a s13 is for the 5th gear? Let's call the plug closest to the engine #1 and the second closest #2 and so on. Also, will disconnecting this plug damage any eectrical or anything on my car in the long run?

Get yourself a FSM it will save you a lot of searching.

there are other ways to find it, like making the search broader. just like using google guys, not very difficult.
