5th gear low vibration, ideas?

I get a very deep on and off vibration, more sound than fealing, seeming to come from the engine bay I think... May not be though so don't limit your ideas to that... It only occurs in 5th gear and while the pedal is down, once i pull my foot off the pedal it stops, and also once i downshift to 4th it stops. Ideas pls im desperate its SO annoying... Thanks alot guys
