5speed transmision rebuild or brand new prices? Preferably rebuilt!

I looked a 240 for sale today. 3rd grinds :'( How much would it be to fix that if it isnt to bad i will probably buy it. Or if he drops price i will buy it just need to know how much it is going to cost me.

Could possibly be the throw out bearing thats what was wrong with my old civic it would only grind going into third no matter what i did, so its relatively easy to replace just kind of tedious but well worth the work if the car is in decent shape

just get another KA trans from the 100's being thrown out due to motorswaps.
