5spd transmission swap ?

ok, so my transmission dont have reverse gear. ive searched for this answer but no luck. the guy that im trying to get this transmission from says the kade transmission will bolt right up to my sohc. is this true and if so would i need any other parts for my speedo to work correctly...i.e the de ecu? ive read the de transmission has one more sensor on it than the kae. any help is much appreciated.
