i read in another post that u need new bearings when doin the 5 lug swap, is this true? doesnt seem like u did and ur doin ok. im think of pickin up an s13 seliing my s14 but i want to keep the wheels

That would be best to do however extremely expensive and not really worth it. Just get hubs off of a car with as low mileage as possible, and you will be fine. I have done 2 swaps with junkyard parts and never had a problem with bearings.

may i ask, besides tools, how much you spent on parts and how long you spent at the junk yard? just wondering.

nice car though. i want a coupe so bad so i can do the s13 front end bought i think ill just go with the sil80...

sorry to put up another question, but most of the parts, beside the hks stuff and pdm stuff, was all junkyard stuff???

lets see.... Rotors New all 4 $200, Rear hubs $100 pair, front spindles and hubs $120 pair, ball joints $40 pair, calipers $85 pair, LSD $200 So $740 total and all parts with the exception of the ball joints were all found at various junkyards. I called around instead of driving to everyone, it saved time and gas.
