The stock unit can handle up to 450hp and 400 lb-ft of torque with an external cooler and Matic S fluid.

Poyzinous gave you a pretty definite answer. It is consistent with what I've heard elsewhere. I guess now the arithmetic is up to you.

If you have it tuned within those limits... Your turbo set up will be tuned at a certain output, not necessarily the highest output of the kit your putting on. The rating of the kit (565 or w/e) is not what its going to be on your car in stock form, just its capabilities/limitations if the car is built to support its highest output rating...I.E. my buddy's EVO8 is tuned at 430whp but the turbo is capable of well over that. Infact his internals are as well, but it is a conservative tune do to some supporting mods are not up to par for the 500+ wheel horsepower goal (at this time). Intake manifold, throttle body, intake piping, blah blah blah. His recent upgrades (intercooler and 1000cc injectors) brought up his whp ratings on his 2 lower boost settings but he chose to leave the peak setting at 430 for reliability reasons.
