Lookin' good, but damn that shifter looks like it would be annoying as hell. Looks huge from the pictures. No the less very nice.

thanx guys for the replies.

ZenKid_S14 - haha my girlfriend put the bandana there. The shift boot doesnt go all the way up to the shift knob so she just put it there to make look not as weird. And for the bumper, its a nismo 270r style bumper. Yea i am planning to get rims soon, but i am not sure what kind yet.

MOTOP - hahah no problem man...but u will have to wait till next year when i get an apartment.

The only times I'm going to use diamond plate are when I build a rally car, and get a 4X4 truck.

Also, I don't know if its the angle of the shot, but the front Silvia badge looks off center towards the passenger side.

Otherwise it looks great! Real clean. Tasteful choice with the bumper too. Good airflow, not rice.

nice work. Did you get your seats covered in leather? Or did they come like that? They look really nice.

Oh, and a way to fix the shift boot not coming up to the shifter, you can just stack washers over top of the rod but underneath the boot. That way the leather will be stretched up. Stack as many as you need to make it flush with your knob.

Its stock leather...Even thought it might not look like it but the leather is kinda cheap. It gets real hot and burns my @$$ during summer...

btw, thanx for the advice i will try it when i have time.

yah leather seats can be a biatch. my cousin has em in his BMW, black too, those things can go soooo hot. and they don't have the bucket style seats of an s14, the other day i went on a canyon run with him in his car and we were sliding everywhere on those seats, leather = no grip, heh.

haha, that cup holder is awesome. When u turn on the AC during a summer day, it functions as a refrigerator and keeps the drink freezing cold!

How much did you pick up the S14 SR for? Did CarTune do the install for you? If so, how much did they charge you?

I picked up the complete s14 sr front clip from cartune for 3300. The installation costed 1500 and they didnt charge me for auto to manual swap. I also bought the intercooler, exhuast, intake, and radiator from them. They gave me pretty good prices. I went to them because my friend knows the owner Sam, so even if there are problems i can get my friend to talk to him. As far as the installation goes, the mechanics at cartune are pretty skilled, as u can see from the engine pic. However, they did take a little longer than promised. Overall it took around 13-14 days to install the engine, put in all the aftermarket parts, install new brakes, auto to manual swap, and tuning.

Just a word of caution if you do plan to get ur swap done at cartune is that make sure u have time to go check the progress at least once every couple days and make sure they are getting the job done.

I actually kinda like the look of the diamond plate mats.
