I have not yet purchased the injectors but I am going to if they are going to work for this setup. I am pushing for the 300rwhp mark. I am wondering what the highest hp rating is for these injectors and also if this turbo is going to be sufficient to make this for me. I have a stock block. I am going to be using the aem ems to tune this. Also if anybody has the same injectors and turbo with a ems that would like to share their tune with me that would be awesome. Open to all suggestions.

Whoa. If you have the money for EMS then you should probably get a bigger turbo. I THINK that the super 60 will get you 300whp, BUT it's going to take maxing it out to get you there probably... Somewhere around 20-22psi? I'm not sure. Here's a chart for injectors. 555cc injectors will be more than enough.

Oh haha.. Yeah then. Is this going to be on a stock engine? If so, I dont' think you could hit 300whp without something going wrong.. 20lbs is a lot to run on a stock engine haha.. but I guess you don't really know.

What would be the safest limit on a stock block? I am at 229rwhp right now but I may be a little higher since I fixed some major boost leaks. Running 10psi

I don't know.. I'm running my super 60 at 10psi on my KA as well.. I may up it to 12-14psi.. but I'm not sure what's safe either.

It's all in the tuning. You can run 20psi from a T04E on a stock block KA (has been proven many times) for a net of around 380-400whp, but you MUST have a good tune.

What are your numbers right now? What are you using to tune?
