545-T NITE-LITE & instrument lights

After installing a 545-T NITE-LITE by a professional in my Altima 2012, my radio/clock, AC, and Shift lights were not working. After many visits to the professional installer, I was told that on the Altima these lights can not be included in the auto on feature .I also found that I have to choose Between having my radio light up regular and have no night ac,shift lights, or not to have any radio-clock lights only when I use the switch to activate my parking/Head lights and that will light my Radio/clock and the ac, shift lights. Any advise on How to get around this.
