I really appreciate the thought but "I'm not worthy!"

Maybe if I get a really good picture somewhere other than in my driveway....:D

in the meantime how about this one entitled:

"UNDER CONSTRUCTION" seen at the AMI BBQ reciently....if you look closely it says that on the window!

Welcome! It looks like your truck is even left hand drive...I just recieved a NOS set of front side markers like your truck would have, to use on my truck...nice style...can I have a close-up picture when you get a chance of the holes in the fender where they mount?

Keep us up to date on your project!

71, can you tell me where you found the side markers that would fit on Larstu's truck? Ive only seen them on RHD 521's on a few Japanese Datsun websites. Id love to own a set, thanx.

I just thought I'd put a pic of my 521 here. It was low when this was taken but I've since put back at stock until I decide what I want to do with it.

This is a 70 521 I once owned.  I paid $200 for it at seen in this picture in 1998.  The L16 was tired so I replaced it with a L20B that was removed from a 510 I once owned.  I still have the Z in the picture.

Here's a shot of the engine.  L20B, header, Edlebrock maniford with a Weber 32/36 DGV, electronic distributor, 280Z coil, dual oil filters, aluminum oil cap, etc.

Since I'm reminiscing here, I also owned this 71 back in the the eighties.  It was cosmetically nicer than the brown one but the brown one would have run circles around it.  I also owned a 73 620 back in those days but I guess that would be for another site.

nice...I remember Ken once saying that if we could get someone to moderate it, then we could put up a 620 section...then you would have a place to post/talk about them...
Yeah that was the club name.  'Ultimate' something or other.  It's been so long I don't recall the exact wording.  I belonged to a few car/truck clubs back in the day but I never did really enjoy the club scene.

Here is my '71 Datsun 521.  Not sure what I am going to do with it.  I bought it last Summer after I got rid of a couple of Datsun 620's and missed having something to work on.  I like the simplicity of the 521.
