Hi

Someone's selling a wreck 520 near my house and I want to know what I can scavenge/take from 520 that can be used for my N320?

Cheers

I wish I knew more about the 320's...I do know that Datsun used parts until they ran out of them and then changed to newer versions...

some of the parts are inter changeable...I vote you grab it and use what you can and sell the rest!

[font="georgia"]Upper & lower control arms should be the same. Engines are similar. The J 13 tranny may bolt to the E-1 block. Yes the high beam switch is on the floors on the 520's. Id try to grab the whole truck the strip it & keep what you need.

[font="georgia"]Well I do know the 520 wheel cylinders do fit the front of the 320's so in theory they should fit the rear as well. All of the hardware should swap over too.

I have two 64 dato utes. one is being restored right now and the other is a bitser. I stripped off the brakes from both cars and they weren't interchangeable. The thread for thr stand offs on the back of the wheel cylinders were different and the stand offs were different lengths. Obviously other wheel cylinders are interchangeable but be aware of the slight differences which you may come across.
