Well it seems as though the rear end in my 510 is out.

The rear end it had was a 92-94 Subaru Legacy Turbo Wagon and I need to replace it. Is there another rear end I can use?

The legacy rear end has a VLSD and I was kinda thinking I may as well go with a real LSD.

What will work? What else can I use?

Thanks guys...

The R160 is what I have now apparently. I went to a subaru wrecking yard and it turns I do not need a whole new diff, just a new stub axle or stub end for the datsun axle and that is proving to be very hard to find...

This is the part I need a new one of, the red circle is where it is stripped and wont grab to turn the axle

Any body have one of these or know where I can find one? Also, is this part the same on any other car besides a 510?

Axles are in and the car is rolling once again.

Tomoro I will installing a stiffer set of shocks to avoid this in the future as well as putting the bumpers and grill on.

Pics will be up then too

you can try the early r180 stub axles. i have heard they are the same spline count but longer and less prone to break. i broke 2 axles with my sr and i am gonna try r 200 but soon i will be pushing 400 or so hp. zer...71029#
