Anybody know if a rear diff out of an 85 300z would bolt directly up to a 71 510? (If I'm running less than 200hp at this point, is this even a good idea?) Also, what would be a good price on one, $100, $200? I was offered one for $125.

Also, would $200 be a good price on a 5 speed out of an 80 280zx?

no the diff is not a direct swap, the long nose R200 can be swapped in but requires modified mounts, I believe modern motorsports sells the adapters, as for vvalue an open long nose R200 can be anywhere from free to $100, find one wiht the 4.11 and they can bring $300, find one wiht a CLSD and they bring $600

the subaru swap will likely be cheaper and easier to locate with an LSD and lighter, and still capable of handeling sub 200 hp

the trans, if it's form an n/a 280zx I'd expect $100-150, if it's a turbo T5 then it's woth about $300
