Nope. Guess I'll start at the top of your list.
3" exhaust, yeah you'll need this and it should handle 500 whp barely.
DSM injectors, If you are talking 450's you will likely only get around 400 whp, maybe 425 form 6 of these, I assume VG30ET but you didn't specify.
Nistune, will work with the VG30ET I assume you are using and will support the 500 whp goal.
ARp head (Studs) will be needed at this level.
MLS headgasket, also needed at this level.
Aftermarket clutch. also needed at this level.
BOV, you actually want a recirc valve using nistune means you are still running metered air and at this kind of power you don't want fluctuating a/f ratios due to dumping metered air.
Turbo, well if you want 500 whp I'd start looking at something that flows around 65 lbs/min, you have choices.
What didn't you ask but should have.
Internals, for this kind of power you'll want forged pistons, you can spec them to fit the CR goals you need.
Heads and cams, cams and some headwork can make attaining your goal easier.
Fuel pump, you're gonna need a big one.
Fuel rail and FPR, I honestly don't know but suspect you'll be near if not exceeding the limit of the stock fuel rail and FPR.
MAS, your stock mas isn't going to have the resolution you need at these levels to ensure a safe a/f ratio, so you'll want to run the cobra maf.
Cooling. Not sure your stock radiator can keep up at this level.
Oil cooler, at his level it's a must.
STOP, you want to make this kind of power plan on some big brakes.
GO, If you want this amount of power to do anything more than spin one wheel and you aren't starting with a CLSD equipped model plan on adding a decent LSD to the list, as well as wider wheels and sticky tires.
Cool off, You will NEED an intercooler and a big one along with all the piping.
