What kind of internals will I need to achieve 450-500HP on a TURBO KAI have a 98 240sx that i'am in the process of rebuilding i want to put in aroudn 7 grand in the motor

And I am positive that if you do not find your answers after searching those threads for information, you can ask and we will gladly help you out! We are here to help out each other - and it would be a lot easier for you to find the information that you seek by searching as opposed to us trying to restate it all...
